Went for some " body conditioning " with my buddies in poly...
ah... dun think too far.. AKA running la...
its good that my muscles are starting to wake up and brush their teeth... :D
bathe after running and put back on my sweaty underwear... EEWWW
felt so much smoother running this time...
though i nv bother abt the timing...
well, take my time...
Saw alot of guys and gals coming for their training too...
seriously, im not sure how far i can go starting it so late now...
i wonder by the testdate, am i able to achieve silver??
nvm... at least i work it out...
Increasing of my movements = increase of metabolic rate...
i start to get super hungry in btw 3 meals... OMG~
ITS A GOOD TIME TO GET FAT!!!!
